Hi folks, just wanted to let you know I'm dropping my merchant hat and leaving The Retail Factory. Thanks for all your support, the program will still go on via Webgains and my colleague Vikki (vikki at the retail factory dot co dot uk) will take my place.
I will still continue to support and answer questions about the program, the white label store etc over the next few weeks and a new data feed will hopefully be released in the next few days.
One more tip before I leave: you might be thinking about Christmas but the first couple of weeks in January are massive for office supplies (well it was very good this year). If you have an office supplies section or free white label store, don't forget to tweak it etc ready for the January rush.
Obviously I'll still be lurking round the forums as an underperforming affiliate! Ciao
