I have payments waiting for invoice since Dec with Photobox, is there an issue with them?

I know they changed to invoice payments but it was never this slow!

I did send an email but have not heard back from you hence posting here.

Sachin manages this program but he's not around at the moment so I checked it out for you. The December invoice does seem to be slightly overdue so I'll chase them on this for you.

Hi Henry,

A quick update on PhotoBox we received payment from PhotoBox yesterday and the transactions for December have been included in this week's payment run.

With Truprint, we've received confirmation of payment being made and should receive it by tomorrow.

I'll drop you a quick email once payment comes through.
