Inaccurate Display URL using webgains tracking

Over the last few days have had a problem on adwords where (on a couple of merchants) the ad gets stopped because of a Inaccurate Display URL -even though it appears correct. I am doing direct to merchant PPC

After speaking to Google they said " I have heard back from our Specialists who took a closer look into your
account and why you were disapproved for destination URL and it appears
that they have been problems with your destination URL. Our system found
that it could not reach your landing page and arrived at an error page
during tests"

I have checked this loads of times and always seems to go to the correct destination page. Has anyone else encountered recently a similar problem with webgains tracking links?

have you checked it by clicking the actual advert like a normal searcher would or from within your adwords account interface.. ?

in rare instances sometimes we've seen the bumf google ads onto the url being interpreted incorrectly by some sites/servers so a 404 happens.. so adwords bin the ad
