Feedback please on newsletter management/software

I am having a serious look at the best way to manage an optin newsletter to promote site ect.

Has anyone used ezine anouncer or other software to do this effectively?

I recently bought Mail Them pro.

<strong>Pro's</strong>
Supports html & text
Comes with mail server (manages about 2,000 mails an hour)
Use own server if required
Very cheap
Customises subject lines, emails, and attachments
Will import from mysql database (restricted to name/email)
Will import from normal stuff like csv, if you require targetting.
Free trial available
Will use pop3 box to manage subscriptions/unsubscribes.

Cons
No test mail facility. This adds 20 secs per project.
2,000 email per hour not very fast/limited to 20 connections
No html preview window

Thoughts
Excellent software thats great value. Is missing a few things as mentioned, but i'd rather be missing them than pay the amount other firms charge.
