  Lets Go Shopping

I know quite a few people on this board run shopping based sites. Is there anybody amongst you, that would be interested in placing their content into the shopping section of my site?

The link is [link=http://www.femalefirst.co.uk/shopping newwindow]www.femalefirst.co.uk/shopping[/link]

Anyone with any ideas drop me a line

Hello and welcome.

I'm not sure I understand your question, but you have a nice looking site there.

If you are looking for merchants I hope you would consider my independent affilaite program.

While a joke shop may not seem to be the immediate ideal partner, we do a lot of business with Hen Parties, Office Parties, and general fancy dress of all sorts.

I am working on a dedicated Hen Night page and perhaps you may find the products on it interesting. It will not contain overtly 'saucy' stuff, just things like fake veils, fun buckets containing hats and sashes ect.

Forgive me for not being clear, I am new to this biz as you can see by the posts:eek:

Basically I would like to fill the content on the shopping section, whilst generating some income as well. I guess what I am asking is whats the best way?

Why not write some content yourself? Maybe give some reviews of shopping sites that are suitable for your audience (and have affiliate programs!)

Writing your own content will not only add more depth to your shopping section and make it more unique but will also help you in the search engines.

Great looking site BTW! Good luck.

Luca and Helen are both absolutely right.

Considered assessments of shopping sites will add your seal of approval and will help shoppers to find somewhere useful to them. That way your visitors will be happy with you and you will earn some commissions. Rah!

You can hide affiliate links if you do not wish to be seen to be paid for the link, so to speak, but I don't know how myself.
