SITE FOR SALE

Well not really but I got your attention lol

Actually what Im wondering is how much sites are worth, I know its a bit general so ill explain.

What makes a site worth money? is it a combination of things like traffic, newletter subscribers, positioning in search engines etc?

Id always sell for the right price as I can easily make what I have again but I wonder which bits people would be interested in i.e what commands the greatest percentage of the sale price.

The bits of value are the bits you couldnt easily do again

Ok well give me some examples then of things which would be of value to a seller and equally attractive to a buyer.

I would have thought that listings in Dmoz high in google for relavant search terms and a big member base would be soem of the main points thats all. This is why I asked the question as these are all things I could re do without much effort so if they are the valuable things then I dont agree but if their not then Id love to know what is.
