No, i didn't get it web1, but post was late, and when it got here i was out doing the xmas food shopping. I do have a postcard to go to the sorting office though. Hopefully that's it. Will be going shortly.

Yes, i found out at 10.20 that FF was down. It is being transferred to the same account as Fh. No, i did not know this work was going to take place. I asked them HOW to do it, they thought i said DO THIS. It should be a lot faster and reliable when it comes back.

Support has gone to the Extreme, and I need this sorted. I sent 3 'how do i' requests. I got 3 'it is being done' replies. Didn't think i'd ever dislike this level of service, but i do.

Got it today.
