Very useful. Not only does it do the usual keyword density count, it tells you just how many starters the engines have to chomp through before they get to the main, indexable course.

Dig through the backlink stuff. Theres a hub finder in there, running off Ys index, and a deep link analyser, which will show you which of your competitors know how to link build. Theres a header checker (useful for spam patrol), an Internal Anchor Text Checker (VERY useful, especially for larger sites)
