Norwegian University Of Science And Technology Web bot???

I notice a couple of my sites have much more traffic than normal and i notice that Norwegian University Of Science And Technology have been on my 2 of my sites for 14 hours.

No idea what they could be doing? a couple of other Norweigan ISP have also being trawlling my site too. Could they be scraping me ?

Not sure what to do or if I should worry.
