The jobs market is very competitive, with a lot of players. Are you an existing recruitment agency with a new web site, or a new business? It looks like the latter.
Why should job seekers or recruiters visit your site? I suggest that you need to emphasise some selling points. You really need more content to get credibility, probably 100's of jobs that people can search for.
The meta-tags for the site are poor. The home page has a title of "Best Career Jobs In Uk", but there is no description or keywords defined. Other pages are the same, which is bad news for search engines.
As far as I can see, there are no contact details on you web site, apart from a form. This is not good. Why should companies or punters load personal details into an annonymous web site?
