Thumbs down MIVA UK PPC - avoid

Just wanted to share our experience about Miva UK. We opened a PPC account with them two months ago. Despite over 20 emails and several phone calls, we have not managed to get a single campaign up and running with them. They often do not respond to emails and, when you ring, they keep you holding in a call-waiting system forever.

They have bizarre rules which I have never seen on other PPC seach engines e.g. you can only have one site in your account. The interface is truly lousy: despite trying to upload our logo - which was exactly per their specifications - ten times, it didn't work. About ten other flaws with their interface that I have discovered so far.

They make opening an account with them such a painful procedure that it is no surprise than MIVA UK have no advertisers for popular search terms. Try searching for popular terms and there will not be a single advertiser. As soon as our credit expires the account will be closed down.

I dont think you have lost much by giving up on MIVA Nadeem. They were a pain to set up for me aswell and the person who dealt with me only read her emails once a month.

There was something wrong with the quality of clicks - which took me a couple of thousand pounds before I realised. I have completely given up on MIVA now.
