Unsure with what to do with a few domains

Hi,
I am a real novice especially with affiliate programs, never actually taken the first step, been a member for a couple of years now.
I have purchased a couple of domains needsomethingurgent.com and .co.uk
grabacrate.com londonsolympicmerchandise.com to name a few. We have the ability to build the sites but lack the abiliy to get them working for us through affiliate programs. Any comments or ideas would be great.

doubt you'll be able to use londonsolympicmerchandise.com without a legal letter. Read this "London Olympics Trademark".

If you are interested in affiliate marketing you are best off working out what the good areas to be in are, (hint: finance, travel, mobiles, gambling), then getting a good memorable domain name for that industry and building a site with that.

needsomethingurgent.com could be used as a gift site, but it's already a very crowded and competitive space and the domain name isn't amazing. You'd have to learn SEO because the domain name alone wouldn't get you the traffic.

If you get good at SEO, you could also make money from displaying Google AdSense ads on your site.
