Link Exchange Script?

Hey,

Can anyone recommend a decent link management script that doesn't cost too much?

I'm starting to put together a few content sites again, and I'd like some kind of script that lets people submit proposed links via a form and can also check that people are still linking.

Any suggestions much appreciated!

If you want quality Id make sure you approve all links submitted rather than just let any old crap in there.

There are companies which check dead links, they use automated programmes, sorry I cant help on that front but if you ask nicely enough they may sell you some sort of link checking plugin perhaps to add to your thing?
