Hi Guys

I have been working on my site for a few months with an American friend (I'm doing most of the work !!) Just changed the template and I'm starting to add more content. I have signed up to datafeedfile.co.uk as that seems the only we I can get data feeds etc into a Joomla CMS built site.

Anyway please have a look and let me know what you think so far as I do respect your opinions

I have been advised to loose the Google Search box and use something like freefind instead which indexes your own website. Do you think this is a good idea ?

well done for choosing joomla. Try working on the 247 template a bit to get it more snazzy and try aligning the content a bit more so it all fits in.

use openSEF or equivilant and try adding joomap aswell it will help with search engines. im using joomla for www.supplement-reviews.co.uk

I used OpenSEF at the start but somewhere along the line it caused a conflict and caused a problem with navigation to certain pages, so I had to disable OpenSEF.

I see your point about aligning the content. I am working on that when I can. I enjoy using Joomla it works very well. I made my Mini site using Mambo which is very similar.

Well done on your site rsmini great you have got a nice "backend" in the form of Joomla working for you. Keep going!

One thing you might want to consider is making some space between the 2 search boxes ie AF and Kelkoo search - i might be even tempted to loose the Kelkoo one.

re: the signup/login - can u spell out the benefits for someone to sign up?
