New to affiliating - help required

Hi All, we have recently set up a clothing and footwear business online and was wondering what advice anyone can give us with regards to affiliates etc.

Basically, you can target forums on affiliate programs/marketing. You can also opt for PPC if you have budgets and focusing on keywords such as foot wear affiliate, shoe affiliate programs, shoe business, etc. - any keyword you think your target affiliates will be most likely be searching for on the net.

No offence but my advice is redesign the site.
You need to add some life to the site.. Bring some special ofer products to the home page.

Speak to the dropshipper for help on keywords/keyword phrases.
Trial some PPC to specific product pages.

Other affiliate programs that could be used are : sports tickets, niche sports stores such as squash, tennis, running etc...
This may also help you to get linked from un-official running sites, tennis sites etc...
