Unhappy How to promote game campaign?

hi all,

I hope someone can help me...
Our website is Cash back rewards and discount shopping with trolleyCASH and we have launched a game 2 weeks ago: TrolleyCASH offers you the sun in autumn! .
This game is not going well and i wondering why people doesn't play that much to such a game. We have made an affiliate programme on CJ espacially for the game with very atttractive banners in different sizes where affiliats can get £0.50 per registration and it still doesn't work.
we are based in France where the same game on our french cashback website (the leader in France Reduction et discount sur votre achat avec le cash back eBuyClub) worked very well!!!
can you help me to understand this, is there a reason that affiliates don't relay these campaign?

thank you very much!

Steph

I cant get the game to work , unless you have to register first?

also clear it is a french company running the site due to the english used (not that my english is any better)

Re: How to promote game campaign?

Few points you might want to consider..

1. Your program is on Affiliate Future - so why not have this promo there too?
2. Your program on AF offers 80p CPR, so why would I promote for 30p cheaper on CJ?
3. It may be a translation thing, but "win the travel of your choice"... it doesn't quite sound right, neither is it explained unless you go to "terms" and then to "prizes". It turns out you're giving away a £1300 holiday - and yet you're poorly promoting that aspect. Also "participate in the drawing lots" - again it's not something that sounds right - possibly a translation issue?

Re: How to promote game campaign?

thanks for your answers
concerning my answers:
As this programme is a game we cannot give the same commission as usual (£0.80) that 's why we offer £0.50 and we cannot put 2 different programmes on AF so we decided to leave it on CJ only. (We have both £0.80 and £0.50 programmes on CJ).
You have to register to the game on the page I gave. In addition to the button saying Game, we have banners on the website to indicate to the visitors and the members that there is a game (these banners are switching with others).
But the problem is more with affiliates because it seems that few of them use these banners whereas it can be an opportunity to make money thanks to the easiness of getting leads for a game...
anyway that's kind of you to help me to understand.

steph.
