Need flash banners and possibly Google Gadget ads created

Hi

First question - can anyone recommend someone who could create Flash banners for me, please? I'll need to see samples of past work so if there's a portfolio I can view online that'd be great.

I need 5 - 10 creatives in up to nine different sizes each.

Secondly - to any merchants reading this thread, what would you normally expect to pay? Any suggestions gratefully received.

I'm also keen to adapt the Flash windscreen repair presentations on our website AUTOGLASS® UK: 24/7 mobile windscreen chip repair & glass replacement into a Google gadget ad for experimental reasons.

My designer does flash images starting from £80 - that includes the cost of royalty free images.

You can get cheaper, but can you get better?
