Need someone godlike to take a look at this site for me, traffic has been steady for 4 months or so averaging 25 - 30 uniques per day, totally organic traffic. Getting plenty of clicks (averaging 20% clickthrough rate) but NOT ONE SALE in all that time......if anyone can give a relative newbie some constructive advice I would be extremely greatful, and PLEASE be brutal I would rather this started converting than I kept my ego intact.
When I'm looking for underwear for my Missuss, I tend to buy sets i.e matching bra and knickers ,rather than just thongs or knickers, which seems to be the focus of your home page.
Perhaps you could have more bra/knickers sets on the front page. Try and establish the best sellers from other retailers and reflect that on your site. I know Freya is a big seller, not sure if you're selling any Freya products?

I wouldn't be too obsessed with thongs on the homepage - ok as a category on it's own though.
Are you just pushing BeCheeky? Firstly they have a few promotion codes that I didn't notice on your site. Secondly, they don't convert that well tbh. Thirdly, their website is abit ropey and I've experienced a lot of pages/images failing to load, etc.
Having said all that it's a tough market and you have all the discount sites to compete with too - not to mention all the magazines that have better discount codes that get broadcast on chat forums, etc.
I specialise in bridal and struggle really, despite doing well on some search terms.
PS: Most of the click throughs won't be ladies buying lingerie either!

dvtimes - I thought that was an affiliate site was to be honest, if I am wrong feel free to point me in the right direction as it might explain the crappy sales I am getting using the BeCheeky affiliate data feed from Affiliate Window on that site....
