I just updated my new site design couple few days ago. Can someone give me some comment and let me know what do you think about it? (Basically I just download a free template somewhere else

tidy looking, You can tell its a template I thought I had seen it somewhere before. Keep adding unique content also mask your affiliate links

As above it looks nice.
My only concern would be that by the wording of the site for example

"Welcome to Which? Online"

It could be construed that you are passing yourself off as being which? themselves i.e https://www.which.co.uk/

You and I know this isn't true and it's an affiliate site but to the common user it could be seen differently and it all depends on how much Which? protect their branding.

Oh yes.....one more thing. How exactly to hidden/mask my affiliate ID?

Is this just a landing page? I can't find any links that go to any content - they all go to a TD link? How do you plan to get visitors here... PPC or SEO?

Also, at the bottom it says the sites is designed by and updated by, but they aren't links? I would either remove them, or if originally requested, put the links back in place.

Thanks for your comment. Greatly appreciated. Yes I will be driving traffic via ppc. As for the TD link, basically I just started the new layout, so I am just deviating the traffic straight to which? site instead in the meantime. I will gradually put in more content over time.

If you haven't had that site cleared by Which? then I would get them to agree to it asap otherwise I think you will have Which?'s legal team breathing down your neck.

I was going to use this same template for a new website of mine but I found all the layers in dreamweaver extremely confusing ( and irritating) so I gave up. As for your site, it seems like you are trying to pass yourself off as Which?.
