I am looking for a banner designer who is happy to work( or does work )on a freelance basis.

Any designers out there please pm me with some prices and examples of work.

Probably looking for 20 banners a month.

The banners will be for three clothing websites.

Cant say I know any freelancers but we get Creative Banners.co.uk, Creative Banner Designs, enhance your campaigns to do ours for us and they always do a top notch job.

If you are looking for 20 banners per month then you could probably negotiate on the price.
