My own policy is to avoid anyone else's trademarks in the domains I register, because if you use such domains it can open you to legal action, which can be seriously bad for your long term profitability. That said, other people have different attitudes.

I'd 2nd that
I wouldn't risk having any of those big boys loaded in my domains
I'm sure they would have something to say about especially if the sites started having any significant success.

They do look very tasty though

I agree with the others, I would avoid using trademarks in domain names as it can get very messy.

Sometimes you just get asked to stop using the domain and hand it over, othertimes the owners demand "compensation".

The legal fees alone, which are peanuts to the big companies are enough to bankrupt you.
