Nice looking website and we desperately need more affiliate marketing resources so great work.

The Wordpress design with the grey/red colour scheme you've utilised has always been one of my favourites.

Perhaps the Google Adsense ads are too prominent and you may wish to make them slightly less obtrusive.

Don't forget to SEO the website to make it more search-engine friendly. I've noticed you are not using TITLE tags etc. There are some great Wordpress SEO plugins. One of the ones I use is All in One SEO Pack.
