Yes thanks very much for those suggestions though we are hopefully looking for a company or individual themselves to come forward instead of using Amazon, etc.

If you are looking for a tenancy agreement, you will need to put together a rate card, and supporting presentation.
The presentation should have details on vistor numbers, and also demographics, age of most visitors, sex, location. The more information you can provide the more likely you will get interest.
