I like it, Nice and clean, fast loading, has the right catergories. I would try to buy a comparison mortgage script from freelancers.net.

I think most people want a little interaction and they love a comparison quote system (ask moneysupermarket) 9million last year.

Over all, nice and clean. The banner needs to be lifted a little it's hanging down.
