E-mail with affiliate links

I've got a new website to do with gambling tips, and want to offer an e-mail tip service. But on the e-mail I want to provide affiliate links.

Does anybody know how to do this? If so, how do I go about it?

For most networks that don't require the link come from a specified domain (excluding TD for example), you can just paste them in your email as you would on your site.

However, I find it to be good practice to use meta-refreshes to redirect all clicks through my own domain.
