Missing php thread

A short while a go (1 week - 1 month LOL), someone - Aqua i think, posted a link to an installer for php. It wasn't the standard link, it also installed 2 other things. I can't remember what they were though. Probably MySQL and something else.

I'm looking for that thread. The link will do, but the thread is better.

I've looked, and tried using the search facility, but i can't find it. Anyone help?
