Converting pdf (Adobe) to txt

I need to convert a couple of pdf documents to txt. Every free resource I've tried so far has either moved or doesn't work.

Any thoughts?

If it is just a couple then you can do it by hand :-
<ol><li>Open PDF in Acrobat Reader</li><li>Right click on the doc and choose Select All</li><li>Right click on the doc and choose Copy</li><li>Paste in Notepad and save as a txt file</li></ol>
Hope that works ok.

Unfortunately, the documents are several pages each (60+) and so there's some page navigation involved
