a bit like a text wrap

just wondering how they do it, I tried disecting the BBC news site for the answers but it has so many external JS and CSS stuffs id probably die before finding what I wanted.

Like in the news stories they have images, and the text just fits nicely round it. It looks like a text wrap kind of thing, but im pretty sure you cand do them on web pages.

Sooo what do they do? Im presuming its something to do with layers maybe? But havn't used them before, and have no idea what, if anything they will be using on the backend, script wise.
