Tracking Refferal Links. Please Help!

Hi, In order to beef up my traffic I am going to start offering websites pay per click incentives to put my text link on their site. At the end of the month I would then pay the website for in relation for the number of clicks.

Say for instance a few pence for each click to my site from their site. The thing is, I dont have alot of experience when it comes to setting this up.

Obviously, once people agree to this they will need their own tracking URL.

Could anyone point me in the right direction as to how to do this?

You could do this without building your own system by using PHPAdsNew:

There's no need to give the webmasters you wish to create relationships with access to the Ad server, you would just be using its tracking capabilities to keep tally of the number of clicks from each source yourself.

Then, at the end of the month you can use the comprehensive reports to view traffic details from each website and make your payment to them!
