Help About Web Forms Please.

Hi

I am new to the website building business but have noticed some website like
glowbay,urfreesim,urfreecd and they have one form that customers fill in and then a list of other companys with offers and promos that have a yes or no option for customers to click this next to them.

The form is then sent (I assume it is a script) to each of these merchents for them to make sales or leads and no other forms are needed to be filled in by the potential customer.

Can anyone help me or tell me how this is done please.
Can anyone help guide me to the get scripts or programs needed.

Yep they are called coregs, i've just set some up for a website I work on. You need to collect the information from your visitors then post it off to other websites your are affiliated with according to their system using PHP or something similar. The best plan is to find sites offering coregs and contact them to ask how you can send your visitors to them. Its really on an individual basis.
