Uploading Crawlable Files Only

Dreamweaver allows to upload all files to local drive but can't see a way of uploading only crawalable ie: non orphaned - it does allow you to create a report and i think also to delete orphaned files on the server but i'd rather keep them On the server but delete on local copy). Is there anyway to achieve this either within Dreamweaver or a package available ? (Sorry - Deleted previous post because this is what i really should have asked)
