Putting DVD Video Online

Hi All

I have some video that I need to put online. Currently I have the .vob and .ifo files which will play as a DVD, and I need to put them online within a media player of some sort, I'm thinking probably .wmv file using Windows Media Player.

If anyone could tell me what the easiest way to do this is, or point me in the direction of any tutorials, or just give any general advice, that would be good.
