  Frames or not to Frames? That is the question.
Am wondering how Google handles frames? Are these generally looked upon with a frown when trying to create a strong position in Google listings? i've heard mixed things about this and want to make the strongest design.

NO FRAMES - That is my answer

On googles webmaster information pages (http://www.google.com/webmasters/2.html) they even suggest that they have problems with frames.

So I would if I was you
