  WMV video editing - How?
Hi All

I have a WMV file, but I want to change its dimensions to make the overall file size smaller. I don't have the original MPEG file. Is it possible to change the dimensions of a WMV file? If so, what free tools are available?

Windows Movie Maker springs to mind. Free with Win XP and you can change the output settings to make it smaller.
