* Panning/Scrolling Image *

Hi,

I am looking for a script that allows me to pan a large image in a small frame by simply moving the mouseover or clicking UP, DOWN, LEFT & RIGHT arrows. Some call it Layer Scrolling. Anyone help?? The idea is to be able to pan around a large image within a small area.
