Validating tracking links....

I am trying to validate my website. Is it ok to substitue & for the & character in a tracking link e.g.

...//clkuk.tradedoubler.com/click?p=333&a=33333333333&g=333333" target="_blank"><img

would the following be ok?

...//clkuk.tradedoubler.com/click?p=333&amp;a=33333333333&amp;g=333333" target="_blank"><img

I have just rang TradeDoubler and adding the &amp; to replace & in a url is not a good idea. Apprantly this is a common problem when links are not tracking properly
