Linking drop down menus

I'm pretty sure I have seen this on here before but haveing done loads of searches I can't spot it.
It's a relatively simple thing to do I imagine.
I want to have 2 drop down menus so when a user selects an option from one the next drop down menu shows a number of options specific to what is selected in the first menu.

Anyone able to help?!
