Protecting OSCommerce Admin Folder on Windows 2000 Server

Hi All

Can anyone here tell me what they think is the best way to password protect the OSCommerce Admin folder for a Windows 2000 Server?

I have tried Windows Integrated Security but this has caused me a problem with relative file references in include files being processed incorrectly.

Have to say I always use the Loaded versions of OSC. This comes with built in admin protection, amongst many other things.
