I don't think they mind them, you can always add the redirect script to your robots.txt file too to stop them following them. There are plenty of legitimate uses of a redirect script, so it would be a bit harsh if the search engines really had a problem.
Provided they are done properly, in moderation, they dont tend to mind.
Use a 301 redirect rather than a 302 though.
the 301 says that a permanent redirection has taken place and is 'trusted' more than the 302 - temporary redirection malarky.
