RSS Feeds with Aff ID - How is this done???

Hi Guys,

I would like to include my affiliate ID in an RSS Feed. Do you use a script to do this automatically? Or is this a manual process?

In the case of the Linkshare network; they automatically add affiliate code to RSS feeds, for example here's my iTunes feed (burned using FeedBurner).
