Click here for a bigger picture

Hi,

I'd like to be able to add a link to certain photos on my site that open a small window with a bigger picture than the original in it plus a "Click here to close this window" option.

So far I've only managed to get it to work by linking the original photo to a whole page and I can only close it by clicking the usual X in the top corner.

I don't really want to have a brand new page for each photo ... is there a better way?

I use Dreamweaver MX2004.

Simply just roll over the image for the bigger picture!

The techie side of me likes that too ... but I think that making the rest of the screen go dark might worry my customers a bit :eek:

I'll have another look tomorrow and check out the code.

Enjoy your trip to Harrogate ... hopefully it won't be as hot there as it was when we went to the gift fayre in July ... way too much heat to be a British summer
