  Using Frames to drop cookies

I have a little problem in linking to an independent aff program. They have no way of dynamically generating deep links.

I was wondering if using frames could solve this, or if browsers would flag it as a potential security issue.

Or has anyone got any fancy javascript that will load a page, allow a cookie to drop then refresh into a deeplink?
