Simple Networking Question

Dear All

Is a plain bog standard ethernet hub (or switch) enough to create a network of Windows XP computers, or does the hub need further features, e.g. some sort of DHCP ability in order to serve IP addresses.

Windows XP is pretty good for networking. This is one of the few occasions when the wizard thing is useful.

Alternatively, give each one a static IP and configure them all for the same Workgroup - make sure you give them different IP's though
