WordPress Must Haves?

Not just shameless promotion of the fact I've finally started a blog, but I wondered if any users of wordpress could recommend any must have plugins?

had already activated Akismet, and have added / will add Fraser's recommendations.

Anyone else? Does anyone have a secure plugin for tracking referrer urls?

Possibly the BDP Referral Tracker, though I've not tried it myself.
But for all your WordPress plugin needs, go to wp-plugins.net. There are hundreds to browse amongst.
