Looking for a top site script that works on user ratings

Hi

I'm looking for a "Top Site's" script that works on user ratings of a site instead of hits. Not looking for anything to fancy, just something that I can create a list of 10 sites and visitors (anonymously) can rank them out of 5 or 10, and they move up and down the list. Perhaps also if users could add a short text review or something to that would be useful.

Have had a look on hotscrips but an't find anything (they all appear to work on hits), has anyone got any ideas?

I am assuming you do not know php? If you did this would be a fairly straight forward job provided I am understanding you correctly.

Do you simply want people to be able to vote on a site that has an outgoing link on your directory or site?

If not either PM me or post here what you are actually after and I will have a think.

I used an earlier version of their script about a hundred years ago (well, 2001 actually) and at the time it seemed very quick and robust. The site it was running on has long been consigned to the great bit bucket in the sky, but I remember the script fondly which is why I was able to find the link again...
