.htaccess & mod_rewrite for duplicate content

Hi Guys,

I am looking for the code for .htaccess to force all requests to '/folder/' to '/folder/index.php' instead.

I have lost all my previous versions of it and can't find what I am looking for on the net.

If anyone can point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it!

The big G has gone and picked up 2 versions of an important page of mine when I thought I had this in already

Not sure if the damage is already done now.

I use:

Redirect 301 /folder/ http://www.domain.co.uk/folder/index.php

And once Google picks up that, the dupe penalty will go and it will be like it never happened.

Yep - You're right sorry I have the redirect 301 after the above.

I thought it was alot more complicated than it was so overlooked what I already have in .htaccess
