Stock photographs

Any recommendation for a source of stock images for use on websites?

I have been looking at istockphoto.com which may be worth a try.

Any other suggestions?

I've recently just started using istockphoto, and have to say they're brill! Good choice of images, and they add a real new lease of life to an old website.

If you want 3 free credits (equal to three small images), use member code 'F4AA1100276465' when you sign up for an account. (found the code on another forum, used it myself)

Ive always used istockphoto and probably always will. Good value and great selection of images.

The only thing that puts me off istock is there credits system where if you don't use your credits within 12 months they wipe them off!!! Moral just use your images up I don't think thats right and isn't a great feature

raw stock images is a new photo stock agent. As well as offering a superb range of images, they also offer a great monthly comp with a cash prize, an affiliate programme and they'll soon be offering web hosting too. Definitely worth a visit.
