Framed Domain Redirect Break Out Script

I've tried several frame breakout scripts but it doesn't seem to work on framed domain redirects, is there anything I can place on the page that will do that? other than doing a 0 second meta refresh to the page I don't want in a frame.

It's only because framed domain redirect puts me higher up the engine but the message board doesn't work if it's in a frame so when a user lands they can't use it. Also would the meta refresh come a cropper in google standings?

I use this just after some of my redirects:-

	header("Location: $link");
  ?>
  
<script language="Javascript">
<!-- if (top.location != self.location) 
{ top.location = self.location.href } //--> 
</script>

but that's when I want to hide what third party affiliate agency the link goes through.

The same principle would work if you put the javascript bit after your meta refresh.

...not the cleanest way to do it but should work.
