Users of Convert A Feed should be aware that the introduction of periodical password changes to the Affiliate Window platform requires a manual adjustment on the management platform of your Convert A Feed Datafeed Manager. This is to ensure correct streaming of datafeeds owing to the password alteration which generates a new password.
Simply login to your platform and select Merchants. Select the merchant you wish to edit and replace the Feed Password with the new feed password supplied by Affiliate Window and click Update, then on the same page click Get URL where it says Feed URL and click Update again. Your datafeeds will then download correctly.
Hey no problem David. When you guys introduced password updating it automatically changes the feed password for the affiliate as well. So it's worth pointing this out as every affiliate who uses feeds, regardless of the system they use, needs to change their feed download password in their panels to get the feeds successfully. Fortunately our system is very easy to adjust as demonstrated above.
