Recommend a members area script

I am thinking of taking the plunge and making a members area on my site.

I have written custom members areas before but my code is so long winded, unsecure and confusing its impossible for me to install and transfer to new sites.

I am after something that has all the normal:-

• login
• member confirmation
• image protection
• create membership
• edit details
• etc etc

and has an admin control panel with

• ability to mailout
• view and edit members

and is of little or no cost.

can anyone recommend a php package that can do this or maybe more.

I have seen so many out there so finding one is not a problem - I would just like to see if anyone can recommend one - or maybe has one for sale?

Have you looked at Quadodo ?

Its quick to install and easy to modify
